David Mills
Chief Executive Officer - Ricoh Europe and Corporate Vice President - Ricoh
Ricoh Europe Board Member
David is the Chief Executive Officer at Ricoh Europe and Chairman of the Board. He is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of Ricoh subsidiaries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He joined the Ricoh Group in 2008, having held several senior roles within the industry, including President of European operations at IKON. He then became the Managing Director of Ricoh UK, before joining the Ricoh Europe Board as Executive Vice President, and then Chief Operating Officer. He became CEO of Ricoh Europe and Corporate Vice President of Ricoh Company, Ltd in April 2014. David holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Hull. He lives with his wife in Oxted, Surrey in the UK. He has two sons and one granddaughter.

Nicola Downing
Chief Operating Officer - Ricoh Europe
Ricoh Europe Board Member
Nicola is the Chief Operating Officer at Ricoh Europe and member of the Board. She is responsible for the company’s operations with all Ricoh subsidiaries across Europe, Middle East and Africa reporting to her. Nicola previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Ricoh Europe; where she was responsible for all support functions across Ricoh EMEA, including Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Process Governance, Ricoh’s EMEA Shared Service Centres and Ricoh Capital, the EMEA captive leasing business. Nicola joined the Ricoh group in 2005 and was previously at Tesco Stores Plc where she was responsible for advising on legal issues arising from IT procurement. Prior to that, Nicola worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner as an IT lawyer. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University College London and is a qualified solicitor. She currently lives in St Albans, UK, with her husband and son.
Tim Stuart
Chief Financial Officer - Ricoh Europe
Ricoh Europe Board Member
Tim is the Chief Financial Officer at Ricoh Europe and member of the Board. He is responsible for Finance, Tax, Treasury and Ricoh Capital, the EMEA leasing business. Tim joined Ricoh in September 2016 having previously held senior finance positions at two FTSE 100 listed companies (Informa Plc and Whitbread Plc). Prior to that, he spent 13 years in audit practice, with 10 years at KPMG. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Baker Tilly. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Reading. Tim’s hobbies include football and golf. He lives with his wife in the Chilterns.
Tina Smith
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services - Ricoh Europe
Tina is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Ricoh Europe. She is responsible for the company’s business support functions across 23 Ricoh subsidiaries in the EMEA region. Her remit includes IT, shared services, process governance, legal and procurement, as well as responsibility for strategic areas such as pensions and facilities at the Ricoh Europe Head Office. She holds positions on a number of Boards across the Ricoh Group. Tina joined the Ricoh Group in 2006 as a lawyer before being promoted to Regional Legal Director, Group Legal Director and most recently Vice President EMEA Legal. Prior to Ricoh she was a commercial lawyer for British Airways. Tina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from King’s College, University of London and is also an alumni of the University of Cambridge. She currently resides in North London, where she lives with her husband and two sons.

Eef de Ridder
Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Printing Group - Ricoh Europe
Eef is the Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Printing Group for Ricoh Europe. He is responsible for all Ricoh production printing solutions sold in the Graphic Arts and Corporate/Enterprise market.
Eef joined Ricoh in 2008 as Vice President Commercial Print Industry and was responsible for the development and operational implementation of the sales and marketing strategy of the Ricoh Commercial Printing portfolio in the Graphic Arts market in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that he ran Knighthood, his own sales and marketing consultancy company, which he established after more than 20 years with Xerox. For Xerox he held a number of national and international (senior) management positions primarily in sales and marketing.
Eef is a graduate of Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and currently resides in Amsterdam.
